I hope to ask few kids in my school with other first languages other then english. The questions will be answerd by the studens i hope to interveiw. :D

i wanna know..

I want to research people with other first languages other then english.
For example, i use to know spanish and i forgt how to speak it. I want to learn about people and their first languages, such as what are their thoughts in, what language are their thoughts in? How would it come out as? and if they where ever talking to someone and just blurted out what they wanted to say in english in their first language.

My language beliefs...

i think that language is based on opinion. people speak they way the feel, how they are at their comfort level with the other person. If you don't even know the person, the way you to would speak to each-other is probably pretty formal. Of corse you are going to speak to your friends in slang, you do it the quick easy understandable way. unlike the long corrected speech. Also there is the way you speak to your family. You speak to them pretty understandably. You mostly speak a way to meet other's standards to understand you. In basically any way to communicate with the other person, by language, slang, or lots of other things. i think language is mostly a habit/opinion. Sometimes you cant even tell how you are speaking to the other person, you are mostly just trying to communicate wit them any way possible.
